Trained operators
A real team that learns your business and does the work properly, not a faceless queue. Judgement calls and edge cases handled like an owner would.
An operator who turns your document backlog into clean, structured, findable data, backed by AI agents on the same workflow so extraction and indexing get faster without errors.
Only pay if you’re happy with the work · Priced by the job or by the hour · No fixed contracts.
What a document processing specialist runs
The document and paperwork load that grows quietly until it is a problem, handled by a real person plus AI agents on one workflow.
If the work is operational and repetitive, we probably run it. If it sits outside that, we will tell you straight rather than stretch.
One workforce
Some work needs judgement. Some is high-volume and repetitive. We run both through one workflow, so you get the right mix without managing another AI tool yourself.
A real team that learns your business and does the work properly, not a faceless queue. Judgement calls and edge cases handled like an owner would.
Software agents run the repetitive, high-volume work on the same workflow wherever they do it better. You never have to operate or babysit the AI.
How we work and what it costs
Product-grade quality at honest, reasonable prices, structured so it is profitable for you too, not just us.
Only pay if you’re happyFrequently asked questions
No. We run our own digital businesses on this exact team, TicketsToDo, VoucherCodes.ae, DCMnetwork and more, so we hold a firm line: we do not take on business that competes with us or you. Your work, your data and your edge stay yours.
Yes. We clear the existing backlog at scale with AI agents on the workflow handling the repetitive extraction, then run ongoing intake so it stays current instead of building back up.
There’s no catch, and it isn’t free work. Try as many roles as you need, up to 50 hours per role, over your first 30 days. If you’re happy and want to keep going, you pay for the work from the start, by the job or by the hour, whichever works better for you. If it isn’t right, walk away and pay nothing. You only ever pay when you’re happy with the work.
By the job: a set price for each task, like a document processed or a file handled, so you pay for the result and never for our hours or how we split the work between people and AI. By the hour: for variable or judgement-heavy work, you only pay for the time worked. We’ll recommend whichever works better for you.
Either way: no fixed contract, no lock-in, no hidden fees and no surprise invoices.
