Privacy Policy

What we collect when you start a trial, why, and what we do with it.

Last updated: 20 May 2026

This policy covers the information you give us through the trial sign-up form on this website. We keep it short and plain on purpose. We do not run trackers, advertising pixels or marketing lists on this site.

Who we are

Back Office Factory is a brand of Digital Conversions Media, the data controller for the information you submit here. Our registered companies and addresses are listed on our About page.

What we collect

When you submit the trial form, we collect only what you enter:

We also record which page the form was submitted from, so we know how you reached us. We do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal information in the free-text field, please don’t include it.

Why we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to set up your trial and reply to you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not send unrelated email. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made of us.

How it is handled

When you submit the form, our website host (Cloudflare) runs a short piece of code we wrote that receives the submission, applies a simple anti-spam check, and forwards your details directly to a private notification channel only the Back Office Factory team can see (Slack). We do not store the submission anywhere else; it lives only in that Slack channel so we can reply. Both Cloudflare and Slack process the data on our instructions as part of delivering the website.

How long we keep it

We keep these enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up: up to 24 months from our last contact about it, or until you ask us to delete it sooner, after which we delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not overclaim certifications or compliance we cannot evidence.
