The plain-English terms for using this website and starting a 30-day trial with us.
Last updated: 23 May 2026
These terms are written in plain English. Nothing here is meant to overclaim or mislead, and we will update this page if they change.
Back Office Factory is a brand of Digital Conversions Media, which provides the back-office service described on this website. Our registered companies and addresses, in the United Kingdom, the UAE, the United States and Pakistan, are listed on our About page.
This site is informational. The trial form is there for you to start a conversation with us; submitting it does not create a contract on its own. Please use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt or misuse it.
You can try the work over a 30-day trial window. You may try as many roles as you need, up to 50 hours per role over the trial, with no obligation. If you choose to continue because you’re happy with the work, the work is chargeable from the start, including the trial work, by the job or by the hour, whichever works better for you. If you do not continue, nothing is payable. So you only ever pay if you’re happy with the work. No fixed term, no lock-in, and you can stop anytime.
We agree the specific scope of any trial with you on a short kickoff call before it starts. If you continue after the trial, we put a short written service agreement in place covering the work and how we charge. There is no fixed term and no minimum spend, and you can stop anytime.
To keep things clear: by the hour means an hour of an operator’s or AI agent’s worked time on your tasks; by the job means a set price per completed unit of work, for example an order processed, a ticket resolved or an invoice entered. The trial is for genuinely evaluating the work, so we may pause it if use goes well beyond a reasonable evaluation of a role.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for anything that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with the work is limited to the fees you have paid us for the work in question. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will work to put it right.
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not overclaim anything we cannot stand behind.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute connected with them.
